How it works

Built to help it click before, during,
and after each live session.

Each week gives you time to absorb the clinical concepts first, then come live to see Rachel’s approach in action and practice applying it without performance pressure.

01

One week before

Pre-recorded teaching drops in your coaching hub

Clinical reasoning videos, diagnostic differential walkthroughs, and curated resources arrive ahead of each live session, so you can review the concepts at your own pace before we apply them together.

02

Fridays, 1:00–2:30 CST

Join the live 90-minute Intensive session

Rachel breaks down her clinical approach step-by-step, walks through real case examples, and shows you how the decision-making works in actual practice. The teaching portion is recorded, so you can revisit it later.

03

Private partner practice

Build the skill without being put on the spot

During the live session, you’ll move into breakout partner practice with another psych NP who gets it. The practice portion stays private, giving you space to work through the material without pressure or performance anxiety.

+

Think of it as a weekly rhythm: learn it ahead of time, watch it applied live, then practice it safely.

From past students

The kind of confidence that
shows up on Monday morning.

Practical, clarifying, and immediately useful. A few notes from clinicians who came in wanting to feel steadier with pediatric patients.

The ADHD section alone changed how I approach these visits. I used the language and framework in clinic the very next week.

Psych NP Student

I came in second-guessing myself constantly with pediatric cases. I left with frameworks, scripts, and so much more clarity about what to do next.

Past Intensive Student

Rachel explains complex peds topics without making you feel behind. Supportive, specific, and wildly practical.
